Another surgery last night. The doctor said the infection is a
little better. To me that is really big!!! We still don't
know how long all of this will take. We are living and praying
day by day. Marty stays pretty much out of it because of the
pain, so even though he is off the respirator, he doesn't
communicate much. There are many hurdles up ahead,
but God will get us through them. Thank you for your
prayers. They are working!!!

You are quite an inspiration to all of us with your fight to get better. Keep up the good work and know that everyone is praying for you, your mom and Karey.
Ronnie called Todd right after you reached San Diego to tell him what was going on. Todd said to tell you he, too, is praying for you, and he has no doubt you'll be back home before long!
I need to be keeping the Mdisonville Meteors because I write about you weekly in my column. For sure you'll have a thick scrapbook of memorabilia to remind you how much people love you!
